Tim Hortons UK Loyalty Card Scheme 

1. Eligibility for Free Drink 

   - Buy eight (8) eligible drinks of any size and receive the ninth (9th) drink free. The free drink can be any size, any drink (except bottled and fizzy drinks), and includes customizations at no additional charge.

2. Stamp Collection Period 

   - Customers can collect stamps from 5:00am 7th November 2024. 

3. Stamp Collection 

   - Customers earn one (1) stamp per eligible drink purchased at full price.

   - For purchases made via kiosk, customers must bring their receipt to the till to receive a stamp on their loyalty card.

4. £1.29 Breakfast Deal Eligibility 

   - Drinks ordered as part of the £1.29 Breakfast Deal are eligible for stamps, except for drinks listed in the Exclusions below.

   - Free drink(s) received as part of the loyalty scheme cannot be used to avail the £1.29 Breakfast Deal.

5. Exclusions 

   - Stamps are not valid for any bottled or fizzy drinks.

   - Orders purchased with a staff discount are ineligible for loyalty card stamps.

Prize Draw Competition 

1. Promoter
•    TH UK & Ireland Limited, Fortune House, Crabtree Office Village, Egham. TW20 8RY, is organising a prize draw advertised on in-store collateral from 11th November 2025 to 5th January 2026.

2. Eligibility
•    No payment or purchase of any kind is required to enter this Prize Draw which is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, aged 18 or over.
•    Employees of Tim Hortons® UK & Ireland, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this promotion, are excluded.
•    Only one entry per person.

3. How to Enter
•    In order to enter, participants must follow or complete the following steps to be entered into the draw to win one of Tim Hortons® exclusive prizes.
•    Scan the QR code and complete the Tim Hortons® Prize Draw entry form, providing their email address and date of birth. 
•    To be valid, each entry must be complete with all mandatory fields in the form filled in. If one or more mandatory fields have not been filled in, the entry will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
•    Entries must be received by 23:59pm on 5th January 2026.
•    No purchase necessary. 
•    Any vouchers or redemption instructions will be sent directly to the respondent's email address. Prizes to be redeemed in store.

4. Prize Details
•    421 respondents will be chosen at random using a computer-generated process, to receive a Tim Hortons® prize which includes one of the following: Box of 3 Timbits, Box of 10 Timbits, Hot Chocolate Tub, French Vanilla Tub, Free Small Standard Coffee for a Year.
•    Free Standard Coffee for a year will be redeemed as a gift voucher totalling the equivalent of 3 small standard coffees a week, 156 in total across 12 months starting from the receipt of voucher.
•    The vouchers will be sent directly to the winner’s email address within 14 days of selection.
•    No cash alternative is available.
